Tori Spelling’s husband, Dean McDermott, seems to always be in legal trouble for failing to pay child support to his ex-wife, Mary jo Eustace. Eustace appears to have finally lost her patience, asking a Judge to throw him in jail for overdue child support. However, McDermott has apparently not stuck to the payment plan and Eustace’s patience has run out.
McDermott claims that he and Spelling are suffering financial difficulties and that is why he has been unable to pay. However, despite making this allegation of financial hardship, McDermott and Spelling took their kids on a Mexican vacation over the summer and posted pictures on Instagram. Perhaps McDermott thinks he can avoid jail time because this issue has been outstanding for so long and incarceration has never happened. However, he has shown no effort to obtain additional employment to pay Eustace the money he owes her, while at the same time spends the money he does have on other unnecessary luxuries. His luck is likely about to run out.
