Ashley Giddes
Senior Paralegal
Background
With more than a decade of experience in the accounting field and several
years as a paralegal, Ashley brings both professionalism and compassion to the
practice of family law. She began her legal career in personal injury law at a
local firm, where she quickly discovered a passion for the legal profession.
After several years working in personal injury, she transitioned into family
law and immediately found her calling.
Drawing from her own personal experiences with family law matters from
childhood through adulthood, Ashley understands firsthand the emotional
challenges clients face during some of the most difficult times in their lives.
Those experiences have shaped her compassionate approach and deep commitment to
helping clients feel supported, heard, and cared for throughout the legal
process.
Ashley is passionate about advocating for families and children, whether
assisting a client through a divorce, helping a father pursue meaningful time
with his child, or supporting cases where protecting the best interests of
children is paramount. She values building trust with clients and strives to
provide clarity, comfort, and reassurance during what can often be overwhelming
circumstances.
Thriving in the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of family law,
Ashley enjoys working closely with her attorney and legal team to provide
exceptional support to clients and the firm. While the demands of family law
may require an extra cup of coffee from time to time, she finds the work deeply
rewarding and fulfilling.
Outside of work, Ashley stays busy with her three children, often traveling
from one sporting event to the next. In the rare chance she has free time, she
enjoys getting lost in a good book, spending time with friends and family,
relaxing at the beach, or unwinding with a great show to binge-watch.
