Tyler McCrea

Background

Tyler McCrea serves as an Attorney with Meriwether & Tharp, LLC. Tyler is a Georgia native, born and raised in Columbus. He graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Thomas University. He then earned his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University.

Tyler has always felt called to serve and assist those in need. Before completing his education, he served as a law enforcement officer in both Georgia and Alabama. This calling has now led him to the field of family law, where he looks forward to serving clients and guiding them through challenging situations.

Outside of work, Tyler loves spending time with family, especially his loving wife and two young sons. He enjoys watching sports, most of all college football, as well as golfing, reading, listening to music, and trying new restaurants.
